KALI was established in 2018 as continuation of a family tradition rooted in both discipline and science.
Anna Maria Sandi acquired the Tuscan estate in search of a landscape where environmental clarity, Mediterranean air, and agricultural balance could coexist.
The intention was to cultivate organically while preserving the long-term vitality of the land.
Today, the project integrates medical knowledge and technical expertise, maintaining a commitment to responsible production and measured growth.
OUR METHOD
KALI combines agricultural tradition with scientific understanding. Organic cultivation, harvesting, and extraction are managed with care to preserve the natural integrity of the olive oil and its high polyphenol content.
Each decision reflects practical experience and research rather than scale or acceleration. The approach remains measured and consistent.
